All of our work is fully guaranteed. As part of Hullabaloo’s on-going service, if you’re not happy with the finished product and we can’t satisfy you, then we’ll pay for your production to be fixed at another studio. And, in the unlikely event of equipment breakdowns, we’ll give back double the amount of time you lose. That’s our guarantee to you.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is as important to us as it is to you, so we don’t discuss any details of your production with other clients and your tapes are safely stored away.

Casual bookings payable at end of session.
Credit approved accounts are strictly 30 days.
A 30% loading applies for weekends and public holidays.

Cancellations
More than 24-hours notice - no charge.
Less than 24-hours - 50% of rate applies.
On the spot - full rate applies.
